This 9,500 square feet facility consisted of office space, banking retail, conference rooms, server room, and a kitchen break room. This was an electrical Design-Build that required strict adherence to the Owner’s end needs. The DGR Grant team worked closely with the Architect and Engineers to meet these requirements. DGR was hired by the Owner prior to the design being developed. We worked hand and hand with the Owner and design team to control the budget and design at the beginning stages of the project.
