CBC Health Science Center II is a 90,000 square foot four story medical clinic and CBC Health Science Program facility, consisting of medical exam rooms, offices, laboratories, and classrooms. The total scope of the contract included all site work, street crossings, tie in of college infrastructure, a full mechanical basement, structural steel, steel stud framing, architectural finishes, piping, HVAC, electrical, metal panels, brick, and low slope metal roof.
